Terms and Conditions for Dream Submissions

1. Purpose and Understanding

By submitting your dream for analysis on The Michael Murphy Podcast (hereinafter "the Podcast"), you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety.

2. Submission Guidelines

2.1. You must be 18 years or older to submit dreams for analysis.

2.2. Dreams should be submitted in written form through our designated submission platform.

2.3. Submissions should not contain:

• Explicit sexual content
• Graphic violence
• Personally identifiable information of third parties
• Content that promotes hate speech or discrimination
• Material that infringes on any copyright or intellectual property rights

3. Privacy and Confidentiality

3.1. By submitting your dream, you grant the Podcast permission to:

• Read your submission on air
• Discuss and analyse your dream during the podcast
• Store your submission in our database for a period of 12 months from the date of submission, after which it will be permanently deleted
• Use your submission for research or educational purposes
• Share your submission and its analysis on the Podcast's social media channels and other promotional materials

3.2. We will protect your privacy by:

• Using only your first name or chosen pseudonym during the broadcast
• Removing any identifying details from your submission
• Not sharing your contact information with third parties

At any time you may contact us to delete your personal data from our databases.

4. Disclaimer and Limitations

4.1. Dream analysis provided on the Podcast is:

• For entertainment and educational purposes only
• Not a substitute for professional psychological or medical advice
• Based on general dream interpretation principles and personal expertise
• Subject to variation in interpretation

4.2. Neither the Podcast nor the analysing therapist:

• Provides medical diagnosis or treatment
• Guarantees the accuracy or applicability of interpretations
• Assumes responsibility for any actions taken based on the analysis
• Engages in ongoing therapeutic dialogue or follow-up sessions

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1. You retain the rights to your dream narrative, but grant the Podcast a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your submission for:

• Broadcast purposes
• Marketing materials
• Educational content
• Future productions or derivatives

6. Selection Process

6.1. Dream submissions will be selected for analysis at the sole discretion of the Podcast team.

6.2. Not all submissions will be featured on the Podcast.

6.3. The Podcast reserves the right to:

• Edit submissions for length and clarity
• Decline any submission without explanation
• Remove content that violates these terms

6.4. Submission Process and Communication:

• Dreams are accepted solely for consideration for on-air analysis
• The Podcast will not engage in private correspondence about dream interpretations
• No individual responses will be provided to submissions not selected for broadcast
• All dream analysis will occur exclusively during podcast episodes
• Submitters should not expect private or personal communication about their dreams

7. Liability

7.1. By submitting your dream, you agree to release the Podcast, its hosts, guests, and affiliated parties from any claims arising from:

• The interpretation or analysis of your dream
• The use of your submission in accordance with these terms
• Any psychological or emotional response to the analysis
